For this project, we were commissioned to create a dynamic video showcasing a landmark build-to-rent residential development. The site features exceptional quality workmanship and was delivered during a worldwide pandemic through a coordinated team effort.

The project also included the construction of an additional 16th storey, all set against the iconic backdrop of Wembley National Stadium.

The brief required a combination of drone and ground videography to capture the grandeur of the external architecture and the elegance of the internal spaces. The final production highlights the seamless blend of design, functionality, and community-focused amenities.
